In case you pay for our shared private transfer service but for some reason you are delayed at the border for more than two hours, we shall simply proceed with the rest of the passengers. We have a specific time to be in our destinations and therefore any delays will likely affect other schedules.

We have mechanics in different major towns. We always ensure that you arrive at your next destination on time. We always leave an allowance of two hours in case of a mechanical issue. The breaks are often agreed upon depending on how fast you wish to arrive. We usually offer two breaks to ease yourself during the trip. We do not recommend drinking a lot of fluids because this will require your body to ease itself so much often. A bottle or two could be enough for the whole trip.

How much Luggage Can You Take?
If you hire the car all by yourself, you will have all the trunk space for yourself. If it is simply shared among four people. then you will only have space enough for a backpack.

We hire out these cars with a driver. We shall need a copy of your passport or national identity card. It is not possible to use our cars unless the office remains with a copy of these identity documents. You will also need to sign our car rental contract. This shows your obligations as a hirer and our obligation as a car rental agency. Taxi services might not be allowed but you are allowed to hire your own car and travel to Nairobi or Uganda at the time you see fit.
